Greece is renowned for its warm and temperate climate, especially throughout the summer months which generally offer an ideal climate for holiday makers wanting to be in the sea and the sun. That being said, it is recommended that guests use protective sunscreens on exposed skin and care should be taken not to stay too long in direct sunlight between noon and 4 pm, especially during July and August, which are the hottest months.
Winds are usually moderate between April to June and September and October, but increase during the months of July and August. If weather conditions become uncomfortable, our small ships are seldom far from a sheltered bay or port.
